A GOOD DEED FOR A PHENOMENAL COMMUNITY

We were lucky enough to be asked to assist in the sale of this stunning community built property in the Victorian town of Hamilton. The Watermark Charity House has been completely built by Volunteers in order to raise funds for a new wing of the local Hospital. We were only too happy to donate our time and furniture to add the finishing touches to turn this property into a home. We packed up our trucks in Melbourne and headed the 3.5 hours to style the house for the day. We were put up by a beautiful couple that owns Ashwick House B and B and meet some wonderful people on the journey. xx

When you read the advertisement reading ' Buy a Home that is on Sale by the Owner', you might get confused. It only means that the homeowner who owns the property wants to sell it. If you wonder as to how and why it should matter to you whether the building is being sold by the owner or not, you should understand first that buying from a owner can help you save quite a lot of money.
