THE BRIEF
It's not everyday that you get to style an Art Deco penthouse apartment in South Yarra! This project was so wonderful to work on for Indwell and provided a truly unique brief for luxury Penthouse living. '41 Adams Street represents a remarkable rebirth of a stunning art deco building. From a team including internationally renowned design agency SJB Interiors these four generously proportioned two and three bedroom apartments and penthouse are a sophisticated expression of deco inspired design. Great pains have been taken to preserve the grand deco exterior however in every other detail this is a brand new building. Each apartment is designed and built to the highest specification, creating luxury homes that are unique, distinctive, and modern, whilst wrapped in the original deco facade.' We had the absolute pleasure of completing the vision with this project and there's nothing like a good before and after to see what a difference the styling alone can make...
