What happens if we don’t sell in time?
We offer 5-week campaigns because we believe in our presentation and we are grateful to have demand for our services – you don’t need to pay more upfront than the standard weeks. Our weekly rate for extensions can be discussed with your stylist, but typically we charge 20% of the full property styling quote per week. If campaigns need a refresh or a longer campaign time we can discuss a package rate to keep you at ease whilst you negotiate an incredible return on your property styling investment.
Will your stock suit my home?
Our property styling approach is architecture first! We understand your buyers are investing in the structure and potential of your asset and we work to make that really shine in the campaign. Our contemporary stock inventory covers modern apartment living, down sizers, inner city warehouses, coastal get aways, period homes and everything between. We don’t follow themes but understand the value of a lasting impression that works with the home – not against it!
